Parental Leave
We recognize the importance of family at Vallourec. Our goal is to help alleviate some of the stress that comes with welcoming a new addition to the family, allowing parents more time to care for themselves and their loved ones.
New parents, regardless of gender, are offered two weeks of paid leave to bond with their child during the first year after the birth or adoption.
In addition, mothers who have given birth can take up to ten weeks of disability leave in addition to the two-week bonding period.
