Tuition Reimbursement
Vallourec’s tuition reimbursement program was designed to broaden and upgrade the skills of our workforce. This includes enhancing skills for current positions, learning new skills to prepare for future roles and targeted training as part of an individual development plan. Employees are eligible to receive up to $8,000 per year in tuition reimbursement if they work at least 24 hours per week, have been employed at Vallourec for more than six months, and maintain an overall satisfactory rating on their annual appraisal.

Vallourec University North America meets all employees’ training and development needs using a combination of in-person, on-line videos, live-video conferencing, webinars and blended learning. This efficient training system covers technical, non-technical, software, project management, safety, and leadership development.
